Position:Sales Administrator and reception
Responsible to: General Manager
Duties: Account management of corporate clients.Connecting new customers.Pre-credit checking of customers.Customer migrations and ports.Liaising with customers about the progress of their accounts.Carrying out customer requests in respect of their accounts.Assistance with report and proposal compilation.Greeting clients -Testing and labeling of new phone stock.Assisting with telephone requests from customers.Liaising with other office staff.Other administrative duties as required.
Attributes: Flexible, friendly, honest, punctual, able to work under pressure using own initiative and to short deadlines.
Hours of work: Full time. Flexible hours to suit the business requirement.Generally 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Plus one Saturday every two weeks (currently 9.00 to 12 noon)Attendance at monthly staff meetings.
Job Description
Must be of smart appearance and have PC literacy.
Salary & benefits: Basic plus on-line target bonus after qualifying period.
